Our clients have sued both the manufacturer Fresenius, and DaVita, a company that operates over 2,000 dialysis clinics in the United States. The actions allege that both Fresenius and DaVita knew that their dialysates were dangerous, yet continue to this day to utilize them without adequate testing.
