Paynter Law Firm is a growing personal injury law firm headquartered in
Hillsborough, North Carolina. Our new Marketing Assistant role reports to the law
firm owner and will liaise with marketing vendors to achieve marketing objectives.
Current objectives include, lead management, community networking, building
and maintaining our social media presence, providing basic graphic design and
correspondence, and event hosting.
Job Responsibilities
Our Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:
- Lead generation and tracking
- Collection of marketing data
- Social media management
- Circulating press releases
- Coordinating with marketing vendors
- Sponsorship coordination
- Participation in trade groups
- Event support
- Other marketing and administrative tasks, as assigned
Qualifications
- Four-year degree strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Meticulously detail-oriented and organized
- Ultimate task master
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Deadline driven
- Availability and willingness to regularly work evenings and weekends for
- events
- No-fail attitude
- Sense of humor
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
This position will have some flexibility to work remotely though some work will be
required at the office in Hillsborough. We have a strong preference for a
candidate located in, or with ties to, Chapel Hill area of North Carolina.
